Heartland:PM is designed to engage college students/twentysomethings into the process of discovering how to live life intentionally, find valuable friendships, make sense of all the noise, and understand who and what God designed them to be. Our mission is to bridge the chasm that happens for people between high school and their thirties by helping them realize the grace and truth of Jesus Christ.
We meet Sunday nights at 6pm at Heartland: Rockford and meet in small groups throughout the week. On Sunday nights, the Heartland:PM band leads us in worship, we hear great teaching targeted directly at the college/twentysomething stage of life, and partner together in initiatives beyond ourselves to serve others in the local and global community.
